1. Services

YourTradingBuddy.app provides an online platform for traders to create, test, and refine trading scripts without coding. The platform allows users to generate Pine Script indicators and optimize trading setups efficiently.

2. Modification of Terms

YourTradingBuddy.app may, at its sole discretion, modify these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting the revised Terms on the Website. Such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Services after any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Privacy Policy

Our privacy policy is available at https://yourtradingbuddy.app/privacy/. By using our Services, you agree to be bound by our privacy policy.

4. Use of the Services

Subject to these Terms and Conditions, YourTradingBuddy.app hereby grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services.

You agree you will:

  • use the Services solely for your personal or business needs;
  • not resell, lease or sublicense the Services to any third party;
  • not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Services;
  • not make any modification, adaptation, improvement, enhancement, translation or derivative work from the Services; and
  • comply with all applicable laws in using the Services.

5. Account Registration and Security

To use certain features of the Services, you will need to create an account (“Account”). You may do so by providing us with your name and email address and creating a password.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your Account. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your Account.

6. Fees and Payment

Payments for subscription plans are securely processed through Lemon Squeezy. By upgrading to a paid plan, you agree to Lemon Squeezy's payment processing terms.

The use of the Services is freemium-based. This means that you can use the Services for free, but you will be limited in terms of the features that you can use. If you wish to have access to all the features of the Services, you will need to upgrade your account to a paid subscription plan.

The fees for our paid subscription plans are set out on our Pricing page (https://yourtradingbuddy.app/pricing). We may change our subscription fees at any time by posting the revised fees on our Pricing page.

All subscription fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable. However, you may opt out of your subscription plan at any time, and you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing cycle.

If you upgrade your account to a paid subscription, your credit card or PayPal account will be charged automatically on a monthly or yearly basis, depending on the subscription plan you selected.

You agree to provide us with accurate and up-to-date billing information, including your credit card number, expiration date and billing address. You agree to promptly notify us of any changes to your billing information.

7. Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings.

After cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. If terminated, you will no longer have access to the Services.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

YourTradingBuddy.app owns all right, title, and interest in and to the Services (including all copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property rights therein). These Terms and Conditions do not grant you any right, title, or interest in the Services.

However, any scripts, formulas, or other outputs generated by you using the Services are owned by you. YourTradingBuddy.app does not claim any ownership over the content you create using the platform.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” YourTradingBuddy.app makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, with respect to the Services.

Without limiting the foregoing, YourTradingBuddy.app does not warrant: (a) that the Services will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time; (b) that any defects or errors will be corrected; (c) that the Services are free of viruses or other harmful components; or (d) that the results of using the Services will meet your requirements.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, YourTradingBuddy.app will not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold YourTradingBuddy.app harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, expenses or damages (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.

12. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute between you and YourTradingBuddy.app arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, we agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting each other via email.

13. Changes to These Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting the revised Terms and Conditions on our website. The revised Terms and Conditions will take effect on the date that they are posted.
